The hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the main square. It is surrounded by excellent restaurants, perfect for authentic Mexican breakfasts. The staff were friendly, accommodating our request for a larger room at no extra cost. The attached restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices.
There was an issue with the lock on my door, and the lights in my room initially didn't work.

The hotel offered breakfast at a good price, and the customer service was friendly, especially the staff at the attached restaurant who were always happy to help and provided us with tasty and affordable food. The location of the hotel was also a plus, as we were in the center of the city and we could reach all the attractions easily within walking distance.
The hotel rooms were not as we expected. They were small, uncomfortable and dated, the wifi connection was slow and erratic, and the air conditioning was barely functioning. The worst part was the bed, which was lumpy and caused us both to wake up with sore backs. We tried to request a new room, but unfortunately, there were no other rooms available. while the hotel offered some good aspects, the negatives unfortunately outweighed them.
